Ramadhan with Adam and Hannah and Baby

Ahah. It’s the most awaited month of the year and finally its here! I am so excited about Ramadhan this year mainly because I planned to complete it. Thanks to my pregnancy, maybe I’ll be able to do it. So far, the baby is not giving me any problem. The baby has start kicking and turning in my womb once in a while but still mildly lah.

I told baby that we are to fast for one month and hope that it will not cause me any problem. Luckily I have stop throwing up a few weeks before Ramadhan and the last time I throw up was after sahur on second day of Ramadhan. I still manage to fast through the whole day but I was really lembik after coming back from work and have to lie down until its time to break fast.

Baby will stay quietly during office hour and it will only start kicking and turning after I break my fast. At one time when Adam was hugging me his big hug (courtesy of the Teletubbies), the baby kick him at the forehead and he looked puzzled at my stomach. Adam said “Hah… mama buat!” with open mouth and point at my stomach. I told him it’s the baby and now he go and called Gen’s stomach as “Baby” as well. LOL. I wonder when will Gen’s “baby” due?

As for Hannah, she has been eating sahur with us for most of the days. She will always be wide awake when Mom knocks our door for sahur. Sometimes I can pat her back to sleep but most of the time she will be immediately alert and walk straight to the dining room where she will start wailing loudly for attention.

We have not break fast properly these days mainly because both Adam and Hannah will be busy breaking fast with us. Bibik Zah is around but I didn’t like the idea that she has to break fast later just because she has to look after Adam and Hannah. So we will break fast together loudly and noisily with Adam and Hannah jumping up and down the chairs. It will be tiring and exhausting but this is the best Ramadhan ever for me.

Ahah, this is a peek preview of baby. It was taken last month and no, we didn’t know the gender yet. So, Selamat Menyambut Bulan Ramadhan to all, Selamat Berpuasa and Selamat Berbuka Puasa!!
