I have been pretty dependent to my credit card since the last ten years. So when the card expired last month, I stayed quietly during lunch hour instead of going out and buying things that I don't really need and end up thinking about the purchase all over again. I only had one credit card and I dont be trust myself with more cards. For May, I only spend RM630-ish (and then the card expired, died and buried) and that was really cheap considering that the bill is inclusive of payment to the insurance company, Astro, Maxis and Pak Muzlina Trading (Shell for gas, BTW is it a guy or a girl's name? Fusion perhaps?)
Now that I have my new card, it is unlikely that I will spend the same amount for this month's bill. Maybe I should keep it somewhere safe and only use it when i need it. Yeah right, I have been talking about cutting back but never put it into action.
But then I realise that the card is embossed with the Malaysian Bar's emblem, so I should be proud using it. Excuses... excuses...
