My Bad

Ok la, yesterday’s not a bad day. It’s an ok day. I went to check my Maybank’s standing instruction account as they have mixed up my account (who gave them the authority to debit my current account instead of my saving account? Obviously I don’t have any money in my current account. Duh! No wonder I kept getting reminders to pay my loans)

Poor Lim from Maybank, she has to entertain me, one customer from her worst nightmare. I have been talking to her, complaining to her for almost half an hour before she finally make sense.

Me: Why is it so hard for you to check the accounts? You just punch in the numbers and then the information will come out!

Lim: It’s not like that Miss, the standing instruction was handled by our CAC.

Me: Then get the CAC people to check it!

Lim: You have to wait Miss. I’ll make a phone call first.

Me: You should tell me that earlier. You explain this and that, the system is like that, the system is already set, how should I know that your CAC people are handling it? I submitted all the forms to you; you are the person that handled my loan. And can you imagine how I feel when you ask me to check it at the CAC? What CAC? I don’t care how you do it; I want you to settle this today. (By this time I have actually raised my voice)

Lim just listens to me. She’s very polite that she did not reply to me that I didn’t give her enough time to explain as I have been talking non-stop complaining at her. Poor girl (maybe she cursed me behind my back). So if you want to take up housing loan from Maybank at Jalan Bank in Kuantan, go and see Lim.

It’s like bad karma. I accidentally bump into a pillar while parking my car once I reached home in the evening. Nothing serious but it got me to think that maybe this is what I get for treating Lim badly this morning.
